Surcheros to open Mt. Juliet restaurant with free burritos for a year offered to the first 100 customers at a Dec. 8, grand opening.

Mt. Juliet is getting a new Tex Mex style restaurant franchise that will offer free burritos for a year to the first 100 customers at a grand opening scheduled for Dec. 8.

Surcheros Fresh Mex is opening its third Tennessee location at 1454 Rutland Drive, Suite B-1, according to a news release.

The free burritos for a year will be for the first 100 customers who make a purchase and scan their receipt in the Surcheros app. Restaurant hours will be 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m., daily. Customers must be at least 16. The Surcheros app can be downloaded through Google Play or the App Store.

There are also Surcheros restaurants in Antioch and Murfreesboro.
