SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - A semi driver is under arrest in connection with a fatal crash on the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway.
Mark Singleton, 59, of Morrow, is set to appear before a judge at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
He was held overnight without bond at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter.
The Nov 3. crash closed the eastbound side of the highway for several hours and killed Sukanta Panda, 76, of West Chester, court records show.
His wife, Itishree Panda, 71, suffered broken bones, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
She has been treated and released from Bethesda North Hospital.
