BOON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (Gray News) - The mother and stepfather of a woman who went missing while she was 38 weeks pregnant have been arrested after she was found dead.
Rebecca Park, 22, was found dead at Manistee National Forest last week, just three days after she was due to give birth. An autopsy confirmed that she was no longer pregnant.
“The Wexford County Sheriff’s Office, along with multiple law enforcement agencies, is working diligently to determine the condition and potential whereabouts of the baby,” Wexford County Sheriff Trent Taylor said in a statement to People .
Park was last seen on Nov. 3 at her mother’s home in Boon Township, Michigan.
Park’s mother, 40-year-old Cortney Bartholomew, was arrested Sunday night. Bartholomew’s husband, Bradly Bartholomew, 47, was arrested
