The NHS has urged Brits to "be kind" as the health service reminds UK residents of Grief Awareness Week.
Grief Awareness Week is every year between December 2 and December 8, and has been defined by Hospice UK as a campaign dedicated to to breaking down stigma around grief and bereavement and encouraging open conversations about loss.
As this week is about grief, the NHS issued guidance to Brits who may have undergone or are undergoing grief.
The health service wrote on X: "#GriefAwarenessWeek is a chance to recognise how any type of loss can affect our wellbeing.
