FRENCH CAMP, Calif. —

Investigators feel confident that they will capture the people believed to be responsible for a Stockton-area mass shooting that killed four and injured 11 at a child's birthday party.

San Joaquin County Sheriff Patrick Withrow, whose department is the lead investigator, said he believes there were multiple shooters and that they will take all of them into custody.

"Just know that we're coming for you," Withrow said. "There's nothing you can do now. You've already created this havoc — this horror you brought to these families, the horror you've brought to our community. And we're going to get you, and we're going to hold you accountable."

The shooting happened just before 6 p.m. Saturday at Lucile Avenue and Thornton Road, where anywhere between 100 to 150 people
