CARTER COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) is asking for the public’s help in a poaching investigation.
According to the MDC, a bull elk was recently poached and left to waste at Peck Ranch Conservation Area.
Conservation agents wish to speak with anyone who visited the refuge area Tuesday night, November 25 through Wednesday, Nov. 26.

The MDC said a reward is available for information leading to a conviction.
