Tuesday's runoff election features two Buckhead candidates seeking a city council seat. Thad Flowers and Thomas Worthy are both talking up solutions for Buckhead's notorious traffic.
The two candidates finished atop a crowded field in November's election, but neither achieved a majority. Only 51 votes separated the two contenders.
Residents and commuters say Buckhead can be a traffic nightmare.
"There's quite a few lights where you'll go like a couple inches, then there's another light right ahead of you. But like this one will be green and that one will be red. So everyone is kind of stuck, and it's pointless," said Charitee Higgins, who lives and works in Buckhead.
