PRESQUE ISLE COUNTY — Michigan State Police are asking for the public’s help after a man was found dead Nov. 26 on the Lake Huron shoreline in Ocqueoc Township.

Per a Dec. 2 news release from the MSP, troopers from the Michigan State Police Alpena Post responded to a residence on Raven Drive, where the deceased man was discovered wearing a black North Face jacket and blue jeans.

According to investigators, the man may have been dead anywhere from three months to three years.

The medical examiner’s investigation is ongoing, and foul play is not suspected.
