(Gray News) – “Full House” star Dave Coulier revealed he is facing another cancer diagnosis just months after beating stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Coulier appeared on the TODAY show Tuesday where he announced he was recently diagnosed with p16 squamous carcinoma, a type of head and neck cancer.
He beat stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma just seven months ago and said his new diagnosis is “totally unrelated” to the previous cancer he had.
Coulier said the new cancer was found in October when he went to the doctor for a routine check-up and PET scan.
The actor said he is undergoing radiation treatment.
Coulier told TODAY that prognosis is “very good” for p16 squamous carcinoma and that early detection saved his life.
