TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. — A Traverse City man is suing Walmart after he was stabbed inside of one of their stores earlier this year.
Aaron Boudot and his family are seeking compensation for damages from Walmart after he was stabbed at a Traverse City location earlier this year. Boudot was one of 11 people that were stabbed in July.
Bradford Gille, 42, is accused of the stabbings on July 26. He is facing 11 assault with intent to murder charges and a terrorism charge .
On Tuesday, Boudot filed the lawsuit against the retailer and the alleged stabber, Gille, seeking at least $25,000 to compensate him and his family for damages caused by the incident. Boudot and his family claim that they suffered from physical and psychological damages.
