YOUNGSTOWN - Road crews in Youngstown have been working all day to treat the city's roadways following the Valley's first taste of snowy road conditions this winter.
Youngstown Street Superintendent Kevin Flinn tells 21 News 18 trucks have been treating the roadways all day with the Engineering and Parks departments assisting downtown.
Flinn says the city's expressways and main roads are currently open and wet and road crews are currently focused on the city's hills. Flinn is hopeful that crews can get to the city's side streets by the afternoon.
Crews will be operating 24/7 on two 12-hour shifts. You can track where crews are at all times by clicking here .
