Woman who died after she was struck by vehicle in Janesville identified

JANESVILLE, Wis. -- The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department on Tuesday identified a woman who died after being struck by a vehicle last month.

Susanne Eddy, 65, of Janesville was struck at the intersection of East Milwaukee Street and Suffolk Drive at around 5 p.m. on Nov. 18. She died at a hospital on Nov. 28.

Preliminary results of a forensic examination show she died from injuries suffered in the crash. The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department said additional testing was underway as of Tuesday.

The incident remains under investigation.
