RAVENNA, Michigan — A former Ravenna High School teacher took a plea deal in the sexual exploitation of a student in the school's special education program.

Paul Masko, 54, of Grand Haven, pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting a 16-year-old student.

Back in February, investigators charged Masko with four counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, two counts of possessing child sexually abusive material and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime.

He still faces these charges in state court, but Masko also pleaded guilty to a federal charge of sexual exploitation.
