WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - A Watertown man is behind bars, charged with sexually assaulting two children.
Watertown police arrested 24-year-old Travis Ball on Monday, following an investigation that started in late October.
That’s when Jefferson County Child Protective Services first reported concerns involving a 9-year-old and a 12-year-old.
Detectives said Ball is now facing two felony counts of predatory sexual assault against a child.
He’s being held without bail while he waits for his next court appearance.
