What’s the Tea? held a soft opening in Hutto in late November, offering bubble tea and coffee.

The overview

The boutique cafe, owned by Lisa and Diana Nguyen, offers a menu emphasizing healthier options, such as non-caffeinated herbal teas, mushroom-infused espresso, matcha lattes with oat milk cold foam, and bubble tea with pink tapioca pearls colored with beet juice and sweetened with agave nectar.

Customers will also find a selection of snacks, including mini banh mis and sticky rice bowls.
