Birmingham Airport has launched an investigation after a dodgy lift carrying an airline crew plummeted to a floor below - leading to one staff member feeling 'unwell'.
The flight crew were inside 'Lift 2' when it dropped 'several floors' at the airport yesterday, December 1, an eyewitness claimed.
The passenger said their flight to Lanzarote was delayed to the incident.

BHX tonight, however, said the lift had experienced only a 'small drop'.
The apparent malfunction had forced the crew to exit into an area away from normal operational procedures - which raised an alarm.
