LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo has signed Assembly Bill 4 , revising provisions related to public safety.

Proponents say it addresses online and social media stalking and adds kidnapping to domestic violence charges.

The crime bill also targets smash-and-grab thieves and DUI offenders. Repeat offenders would be banned from entering the Las Vegas Strip for a period of time.
