GIRARD - A Girard man who pled guilty in a child pornography case back in August will not be spending any time behind bars.

According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office, 29-year-old Zachary Seidner was sentenced to three years of probation on two felony counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.

He must register as a Tier 1 sex offender once per year for the next 15 years.

Seidner was charged following an investigation by the Girard Police Department in July of 2024.
