CLEVELAND, Ohio — Several Northeast Ohio counties issued snow emergencies Tuesday as morning snowfall created slick and hazardous road conditions across the region.
Snowfall totals generally ranged from 2 to 4 inches, according to the National Weather Service. Schools throughout the region were closed .
Snow emergencies are declared by county sheriffs when winter weather makes travel dangerous. The following counties issued advisories as of late Tuesday morning:
