With a goal of developing the next generation of skilled and inspired leaders in the Jewish community, the Orthodox Union launched an Emerging Leaders Fellowship for college-age volunteers across its major outreach divisions, in which an inaugural cohort of 30 fellows – 10 each from Yachad, NCSY and JLIC – who represent the best of Jewish leadership from across North America were selected.
The Emerging Leaders Fellowship will consist of a yearlong program that will bring the 30 fellows together for mentorship, professional and leadership development and a national leadership Shabbaton, according to a news release.
