No drinking cement in Indian Wells
The vast majority of people would never even consider drinking cement, but if you want to do it legally in the city of Indian Wells, it better be by prescription. An ordinance in the city prohibits inhaling, breathing or drinking intoxicating cement, glue, adhesive, mucilage, dope or any similar materials, the only exception being if it was prescribed by a licensed doctor.
