WARREN - A Warren man has been indicted on two dozen child pornography charges on Tuesday.

According to a Trumbull County grand jury report, 30-year-old Ryan Cassel was indicted on 24 felony counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, with 22 of those counts being second-degree felonies and two more being fourth-degree felonies.

Court records show that Cassel's alleged crimes occurred in September of 2023. He was arrested in October of 2025.

Court records do not show an arraignment date for Cassel at this time.
