A renowned Sonoma County restaurant has claimed the top spot on a prestigious ranking of the world’s best dining destinations.

Healdsburg’s Single Thread was named one of 10 restaurants to share the No. 1 position in the 2026 edition of La Liste’s “Top 1,000 Restaurants,” a highly anticipated international dining guide released Nov. 24.

This marks the second consecutive year that the three-Michelin-starred restaurant, owned and operated by Kyle and Katina Connaughton, has earned the highest honor from the Paris-based platform.
