Syracuse, N.Y. -- Steven Pickard Jr., a three-star offensive line commit in the Class of 2026, has flipped his commitment from Syracuse to Florida State one day before Early National Signing Day.
The recruiting website On3.com was the first to report Pickard’s switch on Tuesday.
His father, Steve, confirmed the report was accurate when reached by Syracuse.com and politely declined further comment.
Pickard is listed by the recruiting website 247Sports at 6-foot-5 and 300 pounds. He played football last season for the powerhouse program at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, which went unbeaten.
