TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A woman was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash near Fort Lowell and Oracle in Tucson on Monday, Dec. 1.
The Tucson Police Department said the 43-year-old was not in a crosswalk when she was hit, and the driver who hit her fled the scene. She died at a local hospital.
The TPD said the accident happened around 7 a.m. and the woman’s name will not be released until her family is notified.
