BOROUGHWIDE — BROOKLYN’S HIGH-END housing market outpaced the holiday slowdown, recording 19 luxury contracts between Nov. 24 and Nov. 30 totaling $56 million, according to The Real Deal, citing Compass. The tally: 10 condos, eight townhouses, and one co-op, nearly doubling last year’s 11 contracts and topping 2023’s seven. The median asking price was $2.8 million, with properties averaging 102 days on market.
The week’s top deal was a $5.75 million Boerum Hill townhouse at 229 Dean St., followed by a Park Slope home at 294 Garfield Pl. listed at just under $4 million.
