CAMPBELL, Mo. (WSIL) -- A Campbell man is facing an arson charge in connection to a church which caught fire recently.
Online court records show Derrick Rice faces a 2nd degree Arson charge and was arrested and taken to the Dunklin County Jail. A warrant was issued for his arrest on November 28 and served on December 1.
According to a probable cause statement, the old General Baptist Church in Campbell caught fire and a witness driving near the church reported they saw Derrick Rice near one of the doors and throwing a flaming object at it.
