Bloomington South's Kyle Hankins and Eastern Greene's Levi Carmichael, who ended up as college rivals in the Ohio Valley Conference, were included in the list of 18 men named to the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame’s 2026 Silver Anniversary Team, based on outstanding accomplishments as a senior basketball player 25 years ago.

The Silver Anniversary Team recognizes players from the graduating class of 25 years earlier (2001) and includes nine players who were named to the 2001 Indiana All-Star squad and nine other All-State caliber players.

The 2001 Indiana All-Star players honored are Hankins, Mr. Basketball Chris Thomas of Pike as well as Will Caudle of Warren Central, Dennis Coutee of Jeffersonville, Chris Hill of Lawrence North, Sean Kline of Huntington North, Brandon McKnight of South
