TODAY taps into that spirit by sharing an exclusive first look at the first full-length for Netflix's upcoming rom-com "People We Meet on Vacation," premiering Jan. 9.

The trailer teases the story of free-spirited Poppy (Emily Bader) and structure-loving Alex (Tom Blyth), who have been unlikely besties for a decade.

Though the longtime pals live in different cities, they meet up every year in a fun destination for a joint summer vacation.

Over time, Poppy and Alex are forced to examine their bond when everyone around them points out they're actually a perfect opposites-attract romantic match.
