Nashville-based mobile phone insurance and tech repair company Asurion announced Tuesday it plans to acquire Domestic & General, a London-headquartered appliance care warranty provider billed as ranking among Europe’s larger such businesses.

According to a release, the transaction is expected to close in mid-2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
