TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A man is facing a host of charges following a road-rage shooting in Tucson on Sunday, Nov. 30.
According to court documents, Avel Ismael Siqueiros-Rodriguez was arrested on charges of drive-by shooting, discharging a firearm within city limits, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is being held on a $100,000 bond.
The 27-year-old Siqueiros-Rodriguez and another driver were near 12th and Ajo when they got into a road-rage incident.
According to the interim complaint, Siqueiros-Rodriguez and the other driver would not let each other pass, and they got into a minor crash where Siqueiros-Rodriguez‘s bumper came off.
