RICHMOND, IN — The Indiana Court of Appeals has reinstated a drug-dealing charge against a Muncie man that was dismissed by a Wayne County judge.

Mitchell Ray Bozarth, 36, was charged in December 2020 with dealing in a narcotic drug, a Level 2 felony carrying up to 30 years in prison, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
