FRENCH CAMP, Calif. —

Two men who were in attendance at the Stockton mass shooting that left four dead and 11 injured are in custody but not considered shooters, officials told KCRA 3 on Tuesday.

According to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, 22-year-old Luciano Guerrero and 25-year-old Billy Williams were arrested on suspicion of violating their parole.

Both are now in the San Joaquin County Jail, but CDCR said they are not considered suspected shooters in the Nov. 29 attack at a banquet hall at Lucile Avenue and Thornton Road.
