Richard Edwin Summers, age 45, passed away unexpectedly at his home on November 27, 2025. He was born March 18, 1980, in Logan, Utah. A childhood spent at the foot of Clarkston Mountain fostered a lifelong love for the outdoors.

As a boy, Richard enjoyed a tight-knit circle of friends with a similar love of nature. Together they hunted, fished, and camped. These friendships and activities continued throughout his life.

He graduated from Sky View High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Utah State University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Weber State University.
