Vancouver police arrested three adults after finding children and dogs living out of a car stuffed with personal belongings, trash and drug paraphernalia.
The Vancouver Police Department shared on social media that officers found five children — ages 13, 11, 10, 8 and 5 — along with three dogs near Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard and Northeast 104th Avenue in what they described as unsafe conditions with clear signs of neglect.
Officers said they found methamphetamine on one of the suspects, and another allegedly admitted to having fentanyl inside the car.
