No matter the texture, hair is a canvas. This rings true particularly for straight hair, which, because of its smooth surface and flexibility, can be pinned, curled, slicked, and more without much visible damage. The thing about straight hair, too, is that length doesn't really matter. Long or short, bob or free-flowing down the back, styling options are vast—it's just a matter of preference. A half up, half down style is the best of both short and long looks. You can go non-committal of a full fringe with smooth curtain bangs. Or, keep it short and sweet with an ear-tucked blunt bob.
