According to Henrico Police, 48-year-old Gerald Anthony Harvell was last seen leaving his home in the 2700 block of Byron Street around 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29 in a grey 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was believed that Harvell may have been traveling to the Tidewater area of Virginia.
