WILLIAMSBURG — EMPIRE STATE REALTY TRUST, a NYC-focused REIT , has added two major retail tenants to its North Sixth Street Collection, signing HOKA and Tecovas to a combined 8,322 square feet of space in Williamsburg, according to Businesswire. HOKA, a shoe retailer, will open a 4,148-square-foot shop at 91 N. Sixth Street, while western-wear brand Tecovas takes 4,174 square feet next door at No. 89. ESRT said the corridor continues to attract top global brands, joining clothing retailer COS, beauty brand Glossier, clothier Everlane and others.

The leases mark another expansion of ESRT’s curated Williamsburg retail portfolio.
