Two accused in Peoria carjacking case where one man was allegedly stabbed with a needle

Courtney Garms and William S. Anderson were indicted on charges of vehicular hijacking and possession of a stolen motor vehicle in connection with a carjacking in late October, and face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
