Al Jean, the Emmy-winning executive producer and longtime showrunner for The Simpsons , put his L.A. home up for sale last year for —records indicate it has not yet sold—and now he’s hoisted his prewar apartment in Manhattan . Steve Cohen of the Corcoran Group holds the listing.

The seven-room spread sprawls over the 19th floor of an elegant Art Deco apartment house across from Riverside Park that was designed in 1938 by esteemed architect Emery Roth.
