A driver collided with a pedestrian in Interbay on Monday, causing severe, possibly life-threatening injuries to the victim.

At approximately 8:35 p.m., Seattle Police Department (SPD) patrol officers responded to a collision on 15th Avenue W. near W. Emerson Street, SPD announced .

At the scene, officers and the Seattle Fire Department (SFD) found a male, roughly 20-30 years old, injured in the roadway.

“The pedestrian suffered possibly life-threatening injuries,” according to the police report.
