In a lawsuit filed Friday, the company asked the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York to bar U.S. Customs and Border Protection from continuing to impose tariffs that the courts have previously ruled unconstitutional and to refund all of the duties collected from Costco “with interest as provided by law”
