Supporters of Pennsylvania high school sports can now listen to state championship games from virtually anywhere in the world.
The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association is launching the PIAA Radio Network, the first of its kind in the state, the organization announced Tuesday.
The new platform will debut Thursday with the first of six broadcasts covering the PIAA Football Championship games.
The free audio network will be accessible through the PIAA website (piaa.org) and streamed on its YouTube channel (youtube.com/@PIAARadioNetwork), providing access for listeners not only across Pennsylvania, but wherever there’s internet access.
Broadcast teams will rotate throughout the championship series, featuring play-by-play announcers Bob McCool and Eric Thomas, color analysts Tr
