An arrest warrant has been issued for a Collingdale man in a fatal October hit-and-run in Clifton Heights.

Omar L. Williams, 43, of the 500 block of MacDade Boulevard has been charged with homicide by vehicle, homicide by vehicle while DUI, accidents involving death or personal injury, failure to stop and render aide and related offenses in the death of Joan Boyce, 73.

Williams is not in custody at this time.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Clifton Heights Sgt. Ryan Berry and Delaware County Detective Christopher Karr Jr.:

The incident happened at 5:19 p.m. on Friday Oct. 24 at East Berkley Avenue and South Penn Street.

The striking vehicle was described as a gray Honda seen traveling toward Springfield Road.
