BATON ROUGE ― The NCAA early signing period started out rocky but new LSU football head coach Lane Kiffin and what staff he has already assembled in Baton Rouge closed it out in a furious bang.

LSU's top commits opened up the three-day window causing some anxiety among the new coaches and Tigers as consensus top 2 player in the country Lamar Brown , highest-rated defensive tackle Richard Anderson and No. 54 overall prospect Deuce Geralds all delayed their signings.
