HARRISBURG, Pa. — It’s past time for Pennsylvania to remake its dairy premium in a way that’s fairer to both farmers and consumers, Ag Secretary Russell Redding says.

“We can no longer afford to delay these critical reforms,” Redding told the Milk Board during a hearing Wednesday.
