Tempe Police have arrested 20-year-old Fernando Gallego in the shooting earlier this week at Tempe Marketplace.
Gallego is charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery as a suspect in the Tempe Marketplace shooting from Dec. 1.
Gallegos is suspected of shooting 19-year-old Dominic Baysinger at Tempe Marketplace following a meet-up after 11 a.m. on Monday. Baysinger was pronounced dead at the scene due to gunshot wounds.
