CONCORD, N.H. (WCAX) - New Hampshire authorities say they are working with other states to stop illegal robocalls, and now four of the nation’s largest voice service providers have been put on notice.
“Constant, constant. I would say at least four times a day,” said Jessica Michie of Newbury, N.H.
Granite State resident Jessica Michie is among many Americans fed up with the hundreds of millions of robocalls made every year.
“I pick up and yell at them just to tell them to take me off their call list because I’m not interested. And it seems to be the same people calling over and over and over again,” Michie said.
The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office is working with the Anti-Robocall Litigation Task Force, which was formed in 2022 to stop the calls.
