SALT LAKE CITY — A Salt Lake City woman is recovering after a terrifying hit-and-run crash that was caught on camera.
The victim, who asked only to be identified by her first name, Rachel, for safety reasons, is pleading for the public's help in finding the driver responsible.
The incident happened just after 5 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 West bi-directional bikeway near Hope Avenue.
"I was just out running errands, on my way to Target," Rachel said. "I was just proceeding through the intersection like normal."
