Paramount isn’t hiding its frustration with how Warner Bros. Discovery is handling the potential deal with Netflix or Comcast.

Paramount is convinced that it is WBD's best option out of all the bidders. The company claimed that it has " a clear path to closing based upon decades of legal precedent ."
